I actually have recently 'converted' or begun to call myself neopagan. It's a religion based on both faith and reality, which coincidently I have more faith in. What I hate is when people say pagans do not believe in God. We do, or they do, but there is not just a masculine aspect, there is also feminine. The tri-goddess is like the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. It's the Maiden, Mother, and Crone. Mother Earth, Father Sky. (Goddess and God)
Actually, the Pagan and Christian holidays are celebrated around the same time, and most Christian holidays are Pagan-based. Easter is the most prominent. Pagan's Ostara is the celebration close to the Spring Equinox, a time of rebirth and renewal. According to pagan myth, the Goddess went down to the underworld for three days and resurfaced again. Christian's is the day Christ rose from the grave. Also a time of rebirth and renewal three days later. Christian myth says Christ was crucified, buried, and rose from the grave three days later. Hello coincidence?

A really cool site for anyone.

[glow=purple,2,300] I've stopped arguing that part of the religion war.
Neither side agrees to disagree. [/glow]

... I think religion is a load of BS at first meant to guide people through life, but is now used as a weapon against each other... Look at the War in Iraq, one of the reasons some of them hate us is because we're a "Christian" nation... In the end, the truth sucks, but it lets us get on with our lives...

Great summary... I just tend to drag things out sometimes... Oh, my religion? They're all crap (I won't think anything less of people that do have a religion, but I don't get the point) ... so none.

i believe in no religion or god. in fact i hate organized religion all together i'm fine with the faiths themselves so long as those how believe in them don't push there beliefs on others. it's the organizations around the faiths i hate they promote intolerince. i tried to believe a long time ago but i have thought and that really f***s up the faith thing. i'm an atheist if you haven't figured that one out yet.
thou shalt not kill ya right more people have died in the name of god then for anyother reason.

I don't have a religion. I personally think that if god existed, he would actually do something helpful rather then killing over 40 thousand people by causing an earthquake in China.

[glow=purple,2,300] But don't you see that the disaster in China is helping because he is lessening the chances of food running out for us.
Not to mention thinning the country that holds 1/6 the population of THE WORLD! [/glow]
